K-9 New Life Adoption Application
Thank you for your consideration of a rescue dog!
To ensure we find the best homes for dogs in our care, our adoption process involves several steps. Unfortunately, we cannot complete them all in one day. Adopting a dog requires a commitment of love and responsibility for the welfare of the animal, just as you would have for a human member of your family. Please consider the challenges that come with owning a dog as these challenges are often the very reason so many pets end up in shelters. Your time filling out our application is very much appreciated.
