To insure we find the best homes for the dogs in our care, the adoption process involves several steps. Unfortunately, we cannot complete them all in one day. Adopting a dog requires a commitment of love and responsibility for the welfare of the animal, just as you would have for a human member of your family. Please consider the challenges that come with owning a dog as these challenges are often the very reason so many pets end up in shelters.
1. Complete our online adoption application now or at an adoption event.
2. Once your application has been reviewed, we will contact you.
3. A home check is done to ensure the dog will live in a suitable environment.
4. A meet and greet will be arranged for the adopter and the dog(s) of interest.
5. An adoption contract must be completed to finalize the adoption process.
